Experimenting in the kitchen

I made the most fabulous iced tea last weekend! Everyone should try this :-)

I chopped up and brewed 6 lemongrass stems with about 3 inches of ginger for 6 minutes in about 2 liters of boiling water. Then I strained out all of the lemongrass and ginger and mixed in something like 4 tablespoons of honey. I let it cool and poured it over ice....it was delicious!
