...is amazing. The city is so completely alive right now; everyone is out playing in the streets for the 4 day country-wide water festival. We walked down the street today to get some lunch and we were immediately drenched in water; bucket after bucket was dumped on our heads from all of the people out celebrating the new year (year 2551, in case you were wondering :-) I wasn't really looking forward to the festival, but it is impossible not to have a great time. All of the street-side businesses have stereos blasting music and everyone is dancing and laughing and throwing water...Today is the hottest day so far this year at 102 degrees, so the water feels wonderful.
Thailand seems to become more and more glorious with every passing day....
Sorry there are no photos with this entry, I figured it would probably be a bad idea to take my camera outside haha...
